The SMAFIN Expanded Library aspires to promote the European financial mechanisms for energy efficiency investments and provide information and guidance on all issues related to smart energy efficiency financing.

Tailored made information is stored in the Library, and provides education on derisking tools and examples on green banking, guidance for financing opportunities and know-how for Municipalities and SME’’s , exemplary projects on European level for policy makers, win-win solutions for ESCOs but also reports and studies from the European institutions and from other projects for academics and NGOs.
