National Digital Register of Buildings

Summary (English): The National Digital Register of Buildings is included as investment in Component 5 of the National Resilience and Recovery Plan (Renovation Wave), to be developed with a pilot section by the end of 2024, as IT system for the national building stock, complementing the INSPIRE Geoportal. The register will be georeferenced, interoperable with local urban databases, and other national systems. The pilot phase will include information on renovated buildings under the NPRR, allowing energy consumption monitoring. The building renovation passport will be part of the digital logbook with all energy-related intervention details.
