Key Information of the Scheme (English): The European Investment Fund (EIF) and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) are investing €52 million in fast-growing Croatian companies through the Croatian Growth Investment Programme (CROGIP II). HBOR's funds secured via the EU's Recovery and Resilience Mechanism. The funds target SMEs and medium-sized companies (up to 3,000 employees) at late-stage venture, growth capital, replacement capital, or buyout stages.The program, focusing on sustainability, green transformation, and innovation, requires that at least 25% of investments align with Climate Action and Environmental Sustainability criteria.
Key Information of the Scheme (Native): Europski investicijski fond (EIF) i Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak (HBOR) ulažu 52 milijuna eura u brzorastuće hrvatske tvrtke kroz Hrvatski program ulaganja u rast (CROGIP II). Sredstva HBOR-a osigurana putem EU mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost. Sredstva su namijenjena malim i srednjim poduzećima i srednjim tvrtkama (do 3000 zaposlenika) u kasnoj fazi ulaganja, kapitalu za rast, zamjenskom kapitalu ili fazama otkupa. Program, usmjeren na održivost, zelenu transformaciju i inovacije, zahtijeva da najmanje 25% ulaganja bude usklađeno s kriterijima klimatskih mjera i ekološke održivosti.
