The Programme promotes the coherence of the interventions to be supported with the objectives of the European Green Deal and the transition towards climate neutrality and by in particular the transition towards a circular and resource-efficient economy. Among the priorities with a direct energy-saving effect is the priority "For cleaner air", which supports the transition to green heating of households by replacing inefficient heating appliances with efficient ones efficient ones.

Програмата насърчава съгласуваността на инициативите, които ще бъдат подкрепени, с целите на Европейската зелена сделка и прехода към неутралност по отношение на климата, и по-специално прехода към кръгова и ресурсно ефективна икономика.
