Key Information of the Scheme (English): Modernisation and extension of the centralised heating systems. Mainly in Bucharest and other 7 selected cities (Botoșani, Oradea, Iași, Râmnicu Vâlcea, Bacău, Timișoara, Focșani). Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings owned and occupied by both local and central authorities, residential buildings, public lighting systems, as well as investments to reduce CO2 emissions in urban areas, based on sustainable urban mobility plans.
