The improvement of buildings’ energy performance is a significant action of @EU_Commission #RenovationWave Strategy .SMAFIN has started working on this direction by connecting smart financing with Balkan buildings’ renovation with the first results to come the following months.
Combining investments on #energyefficiency in the building sector with smart financing is complicated but possible, and #SMAFIN will reinforce and encourage this endeavour by setting up permanent national roundtables and connecting key stakeholders.
